• Waitlist registration: your email address and, optionally, your first name, when you join the Legacy Ping waitlist.
• Usage analytics: anonymised page view and interaction data via Google Analytics 4, subject to your cookie consent.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to notify you when Legacy Ping launches and to send relevant product updates. We use analytics data to understand how people find and navigate our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to remove it, or for two years after the date we last contacted you — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@legacymessage.com.

Third-party services

We use the following services to run our website and waitlist:

• Supabase — stores waitlist signups securely.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — sends email notifications to waitlist members.
• Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — website analytics, only active with your consent.
• Cookiebot (Cybot A/S) — manages your cookie consent preferences.

Each of these services processes data under their own privacy policies and data protection frameworks.
